"There's a lot of guidance, but room for a lot of creativity too..."
We offer a competitive hourly rate. We also have benefits including health insurance for full time employees. We are currently working on providing benefits for employees who work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Stay tuned
During your first six months of work, you will have to complete the MHRT-1 training. We will be offering these trainings starting 2X yearly. Training time is paid, but at a lower rate.
When an adult is referred to us, one of our team leaders does an assessment of the adult and works with the adult and their case manager to develop a treatment plan. The support worker's job is to follow the activities listed in the treatment plan, with supervision. There is a lot of guidance, but room for a lot of creativity too.
