Summer 2010 appears to be the time that three employees here at Merrymeeting have chosen to tie the knot as it were.
Baley Hatfield has flown off to Ohio where she is due to marry her fiance John Britton Baley is a native of Ohio and this is where all of her family lives. While she is having the wedding and a reception there Baley intends to have a reception here in Maine once she returns. But before she returns John is taking her on a splendid honeymoon to Aruba.
Next on the Wedding trail is Andrew Nelson who will be marrying his fiance on Saturday August 28th. They evidently have friends flying in from all over the world to help them celebrate this joyous occasion. While Andrew tells me he is exhausted from the myriad preparations and events leading up to the wedding he has also expressed considerable excitement.
And last but not least Jamey Lemar is to wed Jeremy Davis in a quiet and private ceremony sometime at the beginning of September.
We wish them all the very best in their new lives as married couples.

MERRYMEETING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ASSOCIATES
3rd ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY !!
When: Sunday, December 13th
Time: 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Where: American Legion, Post 2
Capital St. Ext. (same place as last year)
Augusta, ME
Need: To mark your calendars for this event
For those of you who did not attend last year’s event, be prepared for a fun filled afternoon. Those of us who did attend stated you had a great time !!
This is an alcohol free event. We ask that no children under the age of 13 be present due to liability issues. The format for this year’s party will be the same as last year. So, let’s all plan to pitch in and have a great time. If you want to attend this function, please let your team leader know and they will make arrangements for you to have the time off. This is an unpaid function so travel and time is on your own.
This will be a pot luck function as before. Everyone in attendance is expected to bring something i.e., chips, dips, crackers, cheese, hot food items, finger rolls, beverages (non-alcoholic) etc. We can use the ovens and they have plenty of outlets for crock pots. Please let your Team Leader know what you will be bringing as they will be communicating with other Team Leaders to try to coordinate a great feast.
We will have a “Yankee gift swap”. This has gone over well the last couple of years. Please plan on spending no more than $10.00 if you wish to participate.
Jim and Bonnie usually get creative and come up with some fun games to play to win the prizes that Jim personally goes out and purchases.
Show your Team spirit and plan on attending!!! If you have any questions please contact your Team Leader!
Hope to see you all and plan on having some fun!
