James M. Talbott, LCSW, MBHA’s Executive Director
and Clinical Director, has been in the social work field since 1984. He
received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver.
Upon arriving in Maine
he worked at Shoreline Community Mental Health Services (now Sweetzer) in
the community support program for people with mental illnesses and in the
adult psychiatric program from 1986 to 1995. After working for another
community-based agency and at the Augusta Mental Health Institute, Mr.
Talbott founded Merrymeeting Behavioral Health Associates, Inc. in 2002.

Bonnie York is our Program Manager for Adult
Services. She comes to us with an extensive history in adult mental
health services. She has worked in social clubs, crisis intervention,
case management, and in-home supports. She achieved her Bachelor's Degree
in Rehabilitation from the University
of Maine at Farmington. During her free time, she
enjoys taking care of and playing with her pack of dogs (a herd of ten at
last count). She enjoys the outdoors, reading and is an accomplished
pumpkin carver. Most of all she has the experience and drive to develop
teams that believe in treating all people with dignity and respect.

Lillian Carver is the Adult Team Leader for the Augusta team.
Lillian comes to us with extensive experience working in the mental
health field. Lillian started her career working at the University of Maine.
She then used her organizational skills to work in residential programs
and In Home Support programs.

Naomi Rotundo is the Adult Team Leader for the Rockland team. She
especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Barbara Moore is the program assistant for the adult
programs. Barbara keeps track of the clients and the charts. She also
helps clients with questions they may have. Fur fun Barbara enjoys
kayaking the lakes and rivers of Maine,
keeping her garden in top order and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Carrie Baker is a team leader in the children’s
services department. Carrie has worked here for the past two years. She
has her bachelor’s degree in Arts.

Ashley Miller is a team leader in the Children’s
services department. Ashley started her career at MBHA as a support
worker. Ashley holds an associates degree in Applied Sciences and Early
Childhood Development. Ashley enjoys spending her free time with her
family.

Mariah Rackliff is the Children’s Program Manager.
Mariah comes to us most recently from Mobius, Inc. where she worked in a
similar capacity. She supervises the program’s team leaders, writes
treatment plans, and completes the intakes for new clients. Mariah enjoys
spending time with her children. Additionally, she enjoys fishing and canoeing
about the waterways of Maine.

Wendy Beaulieu is our bookkeeper who has spent most
of her professional years in the accounting and financial fields. When
you call the office you may be greeted by Wendy who has the most
delightful British accent. For fun she loves to go 4 wheeling, camping
and bike riding.

Mary Mullens is the Adult Team Leader for the
Rockland/Coastal Team. Mary comes to us with extensive experience working
in the mental health field. Mary started her career working with clients
in her home with mental illness and then worked at the Augusta Mental
Health Institute from 1986 to 1993. After taking some time off she then
started working again in the Mental Health field in the In Home Support
Program and then went on to become a Team Leader. For fun Mary likes to
go hunting and spend time with family and friends.

Mike Flood is the Adult team leader for Somerset
County Upper Kennebec Team. He started out in various social clubs where
he thoroughly enjoyed teaching clients to cook. Mike has also worked in a
variety of group homes and with adults in the In Home Support programs as
both a MHRT-1 and MHRT-C. Mike has a reputation for having a very good
sense of humor as well as being very interested in sports. He also makes
a mean whoopee Pie.
